画面设置增加一个“更多粒子特效”选项，开启后可看到部分方块皮肤特有的粒子效果（glass皮肤加了很多！）
对战模式垃圾行带有0.5秒进场延迟
最高绘制帧率下限调至30

Changes:
Added a "More Particle Effects" option in video settings. Turning it on to see the particle effects unique to some block textures (the glass skin has a lot of particle effects)
The garbage lines in the battle mode has a 0.5-s entry delay
Max draw FPS option has a new lower limit of 30
